Description
This document describes the procedure used by the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, a Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) site, for the preparation of samples for sequencing using the TWIST NGS target enrichment kit. The procedures are applicable for DNA isolated from fresh or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue, and blood specimens. It is a product of the CIMAC and Cancer Immunologic Data Center Network (CIMAC-CIDC Network; https://dctd.cancer.gov/ResearchNetworks/cimacs_cidc_network.htm), a Cancer Moonshot Initiative.
