Description

This document details the procedure used by the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Center for Immuno-Oncology, a Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) site, for scoring CD4 (+) tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. It is a product of the CIMAC and Cancer Immunologic Data Center Network (CIMAC-CIDC Network; https://dctd.cancer.gov/ResearchNetworks/cimacs_cidc_network.htm), a Cancer Moonshot Initiative.
