This document details the procedure used by the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Center for Immuno-Oncology, a Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) site, for singleplex chromogenic immunohistochemistry (IHC) of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections for CD3.
