This document describes the procedures used by the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, a Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) site, for the immunohistochemical (IHC) characterization of up to 10 markers on a single formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) slide.
