This document describes the procedures used at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) site, for multiplex immunofluorescence analysis (SOX10, PD-L1, PD-1, CD8, and DAPI) of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) slide specimens. It is a product of the CIMAC and Cancer Immunologic Data Center Network (CIMAC-CIDC Network; https://dctd.cancer.gov/ResearchNetworks/cimacs_cidc_network.htm), a Cancer Moonshot Initiative.
