This document describes procedures used by the Office of HIV/AIDS Network Coordination (HANC) for the isolation and storage of plasma from EDTA blood collected from clinical trial participants as well as its subsequent genotypic analysis using the Celera ViroSeq™ HIV-1 Genotyping System. It is developed and maintained by the AIDS Clinical Trials Group (ACTG)/International Maternal Pediatric Adolescent AIDS Clinical Trials group (IMPAACT) Lab Tech Committee (LTC) and is available under the heading "Virology" at https://www.hanc.info/labs/labresources/procedures/Pages/actgImpaactLabManual.aspx.
