Description
This document describes procedures for culturing human hepatocarcinoma cells (Hep G2) and adenocarcinomic human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549) and quantification of reactive oxygen species generated in response to nanoparticles (NPs) using the High Content Screening (HCS) platform by automated imaging and subsequent multiparametric image analysis.
