Description
This document describes procedures for culturing human hepatocarcinoma cells (Hep G2) and two assays for estimating cytotoxicity associated with nanoparticle exposure: 3-(4,5-Dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) reduction and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assays.
