Description

This document describes the procedures for the collection, transport, and storage of swab, fine needle aspirate, and punch biopsy specimens from ulcerative and non-ulcerative lesions of the skin for the diagnosis of Buruli Ulcer Disease by PCR at a reference laboratory in Germany.
