Description
This document describes the procedures for sequencing DNA library samples from patient-derived xenograft specimens using the Illumina HiSeq 2500 ultra-high-throughput sequencing system. It is used/performed by the Molecular Characterization and Clinical Assay Development Laboratory (MoCha) at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Patient-Derived Models Repository (PDMR) and is available at https://pdmr.cancer.gov/sops/default.htm.
