Description

This document describes the procedures used by the Molecular Characterization and Clinical Assay Development Laboratory (MoCha) for denaturing and diluting DNA library samples on a cBot system prior to sequencing patient-derived xenograft specimens on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research.
