Description
This document describes the procedures used by the Biological Testing Branch (BTB) for establishing suspension primary cell cultures from cryopreserved patient-derived tumor tissue. It also includes steps for the expansion, subculture, and cryopreservation of patient-derived tumor cultures at NCI-Frederick, Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research.
