Description

This document describes the procedures used by the Biological Testing Branch (BTB) for establishing adherent primary cell cultures from cryopreserved patient-derived tumor tissue at NCI-Frederick, Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research. It also includes step for the expansion, subculture, and cryopreservation of patient-derived tumor cultures.
