This document describes the procedures for the preparation of tissue culture media used by the Biological Testing Branch (BTB) for the establishment and sub-culturing of patient-derived tumor cultures, cancer-associated fibroblasts, and organoids at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research.
