Description
This document describes the procedures for the freezing, sectioning, slide preparation of OCT-embedded tissues and the formalin fixation, paraffin embedding, sectioning, and slide preparation of tissues for hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining that are used by Network for Pancreatic Organ Donors with Diabetes (nPOD) laboratories.
