Description

This document describes the procedures for processing pancreas, spleen, small intestine, and thymus and their preservation by snap-freezing with and without RNAlater, OCT-embedding, and formalin fixation that are used by the Islet Core laboratory. It also includes steps for frozen storage of serum.
