Description
This document describes the quantification of poly(ADP-ribose) (PAR) levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and tissue/tumor biopsies using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
