Description

This document describes the procedure used for quantification of dual phosphorylated MET levels (phospho-Y1234 and/or -Y1235) in lysates of frozen needle tumor biopsies using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
