This document describes the protocol used by the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Department of Boston Medical Center (BMC) to quantify levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) in plasma by ELISA as part of the Thrombosis in Cancer Patients (TCP) Project.
