This document describes the protocol used by the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Department of Boston Medical Center (BMC) to quantify DNA levels in plasma by fluorometry as part of the Thrombosis in Cancer Patients (TCP) Project. It is a product of the Center for Strategic Scientific Initiatives (CSSI) of the Nationaly Institutes of Health (NIH) (https://cssi.cancer.gov/cancer-thrombosis).
