Description

This document describes procedures for for the isolation and cryopreservation of spleen mononuclear cells (SMNC) using Ficoll method. It also describes the analysis of SMNC for cell viability using a ViCell™ XR Viability Analyzer. It is a product of the Immune Tolerance Network (ITN; https://www.immunetolerance.org/).
