Description
This document describes procedures for the preparation and analysis of cytokines secreted by PBMCs following alloantigen/antigen stimulation by Enzyme-linked immunospot assay (ELISPOT) including, T cell depletion and isolation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) using Ficoll Isoprep from spleen and isolation of antigen-presenting cells (APC) from whole blood.
