Description

This document describes the procedure for differential staining of live and dead cells with fluorescent antibodies prior to analysis by flow cytometry. The described procedure is suitable for use with bone marrow or whole blood collected in sodium heparin or EDTA tubes, cerebral spinal fluid, pleural fluid, bronchial washes, and minced tissue and lymph node specimens.
