Description

This document describes procedures for cell surface immunofluorescent staining and measurement of cell viability with optional amine reactive dye prior to flow cytometric analysis. The described procedures are suitable for use with fresh or frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and lysed whole blood.
