Description

This document describes procedures for processing lymph nodes from transplant donors for isolation of mononuclear cells using the Ficoll method. Procedures for lymph node mononuclear cell counts and cryopreservation are also detailed. It is a product of the Immune Tolerance Network (ITN; https://www.immunetolerance.org/).
