Description
This document describes procedures for the isolation, processing, cryopreservation, and storage of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from blood collected in cell preparation tubes. A protocol for counting PBMCs using a hemocytometer is also supplied. It is a product of the Immune Tolerance Network (ITN; https://www.immunetolerance.org/).
