This document describes the protocols used by the Human Immune Monitoring Center (HIMC) at Stanford School of Medicine for cytokine stimulation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in whole blood and staining with phospho-specific antibodies for analysis by mass cytometry.
