This document describes the protocols used by the Human Immune Monitoring Center (HIMC) at Stanford School of Medicine for cytokine stimulation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and fluorescent-antibody staining for measurement of protein phosphorylation by flow cytometry.
