Description
This document describes the procedures used by the OSUCCC Leukemia Tissue Bank to thaw cryopreserved cells isolated from peripheral blood, bone marrow aspirate, a single-cell suspension of a tissue sample, or from products of leukapheresis. Procedures describing cell viability testing using the trypan blue dye exclusion method are also provided.
