Description

This document describes the extraction of RNA from frozen placenta specimens using the Qiagen RNeasy mini kit and the determination of RNA yield and quality. The protocol is a product of the Global Alliance to Prevent Prematurity and Stillbirth (GAPPS) Repository (http://gapps.org/).
