Description

This work instruction (OP-0001-W6) provides the specific steps necessary to pack and ship frozen tissue using the CBR-issued GTEx dry ice kit (the pink kit). This procedure encompasses the kit receipt at the Biospecimen Source Site (BSS); packing instructions; and shipping instructions.
