Description
This document describes the procedures used by the Early Detection Research Network (EDRN; https://edrn.cancer.gov/) for the collection, processing, preservation, and shipping of urine specimens before and after digital rectal exams (DRE) as part of the Prostate Magnetic Resonance Imaging (P-MRI) Biomarker Study. Urinary components isolated during specimen processing include raw urine, cell pellets, supernatants, and whole urine.
