Description

This document describes the procedures for the secure transfer of de-identified MRI and/or CT images collected for the National Liver Cancer Screening Trial (TRACER). The SOP also summarizes procedures to ensure data security. The SOP is used by the Early Detection Research Network (EDRN; https://edrn.cancer.gov/) in conjunction with other TRACER SOPs and is available at https://edrn.cancer.gov/data-and-resources/standard-operating-procedures/.
