Description
This document describes procedures for the separation of serum from tubes containing a silica clot activator; the separation of plasma and isolation of white blood cells from EDTA blood; and their aliquoting and cryopreservation at -80°C. This SOP is a product of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Biobank Facility (UOHI Biobank; https://www.ottawaheart.ca/).
