Description
This document describes instructions for isolating plasma from whole blood collected in EDTA tubes and serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from whole blood collected in red top Vacutainer tubes and their subsequent storage. The protocols described are used by the UACC Biology Development and Research of organoids (BioDRoid) laboratory. Procedures for culturing dendritic cells, cytotoxic T-lymphocytes, and myeloid-derived suppressor cells from PBMCs and co-culture of organoid immune cells are also included.
