Description

This document describes the procedure used by the Clinical Trials Unit at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center Biotechnology Laboratory to process Isolator tubes for mycobacteria isolation from blood. It also describes the process for calculating the number of colony forming units (CFUs) per mL of blood.
