Description
This document describes the procedure used by the Clinical Trials Unit at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center Biotechnology Laboratory for the preparation and staining of smears from blood cultures and sputum specimens with Auramine stain for the identification of acid-fast mycobateria.
