Description
This document contains a description of the procedures relating to urine collection and processing for urine cell sediments and processed soluble urine. Urine specimens collected and processed using the attached protocol are suitable for urine strip testing, cytomorphology, and quantitative assessment of proteomic and genomic biomarkers. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's Early Detection Research Network (EDRN) initiative, specifically the EDRN's Urine Collection Project.
