This document describes protocols used at specimen collection sites located at Johns Hopkins University, the New York University School of Medicine, the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), and Washington University for quality control assessment by real- time PCR of RNA from frozen tissue specimens. It is a product of the Prostate Cancer Biorepository Network (PCBN).
