This document describes protocols used at biospecimen collection sites locations at Johns Hopkins University, the New York University School of Medicine, the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), and Washington University for quality control assessment by real- time PCR of DNA from frozen tissue specimens.
