Description
This evidence-based, expert-vetted best practice document is applicable for the extraction of nucleic acids from standard-size FFPE blocks of human tissue. DNA and mRNA extracted under these guidelines are suitable for downstream analysis by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), methylation analysis, Sanger and next-generation sequencing, and microarray hybridization.
