Description
This document contains the protocols for requesting specimen collection kits from the NRG Oncology Biospecimen Bank (NRGBB) at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and shipping the collected frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimens to the bank These practices were designed/developed to adhere to/in accordance with the NCI Best Practices for Biospecimen Resources. These SOPs are a product of the NRG Oncology Biospecimen Bank (NRGBB) at UCSF and can be found at http://nrgbb.ucsf.edu/sops.
