Description

This document describes the process for isolating blood mononuclear cells from peripheral blood, cord blood, or bone marrow that was collected in an anticoagulant using Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient centrifugation. It also describes the protocol used by YCCI for cell enumeration and determining cell viability.
