This document describes the procedure used by Squire Research Laboratories for processing slides of circulating tumor cells (CTC) from NCIC CTG (National Cancer Institute of Canada Clinical Trials Group) Clinical Trial IND.195 for fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) analysis using the TMPRSS2:ERG fusion probe.
